To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration at least four days before the event date. Should you cancel your registration after the 4th day, you will not be eligible for a refund.

EVENT TRANSFERS

You may transfer your registration to another person if you are no longer able to attend, provided the transfer is made on the same day only.

Please note that you cannot transfer your registration to a different event if you are unable to attend and/or find a substitute. 

​

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows and late arrivals do not receive credit, rollover, or the option to reschedule.

• If you're booking for a group, please ensure everyone is aware of the timing and policies, no exceptions.

IMPORTANT: The policy above applies also to COVID-19 Testing.

• If you're feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you wait until you're fully well to attend.

In limited circumstances, and if space allows, a one-time rollover may be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

A $25 rescheduling fee applies per ticket.

• Children under 18 may not attend or wait onsite during sessions, including outdoor or shared areas. For safety and focus, our team cannot supervise minors while sessions are in progress.

• Our studio does not offer a public waiting area; all who arrive must be registered participants.
